Yes. The Web Portal is free forever. You can log in from any browser to manage users, create access codes, and view entry logs. No app is required. It is ideal for Airbnb hosts, landlords, and property managers.

Yes. All local access methods still work via Bluetooth, including fingerprint, keypad, Apple Watch, IC card, and physical key. Only remote app access and cloud features require the G2 Gateway and an active internet connection.

With the Veise G2 Gateway (sold separately, requires 2.4GHz Wi-Fi), you can:

- Lock and unlock the door remotely from anywhere
- View access records and manage settings in the app
- Add, edit, or delete passcodes remotely, including custom schedules
- Enable voice control via Amazon Alexa and Google Home

Without the gateway, the lock still works via Bluetooth, but app control is limited to within Bluetooth range of the lock.

After pairing your phone with the lock, download the DDLock App on your Apple Watch. You can unlock the door with a single tap within Bluetooth range of the lock.

The lock supports up to 1,000 key fobs. Each package includes 2 fobs, and additional fobs (VK01) are available separately.

No. All fingerprint data, PIN codes, and access logs are stored locally on the device and protected with AES encryption. No cloud storage or subscription is required.

The RZ07 features anti-peeping PIN entry, allowing you to enter random digits before or after your actual code to prevent others from guessing it. After 5 consecutive incorrect attempts, the keypad will lock for 2 minutes for added security.

The RZ07 includes 5 security modes:

- Privacy Mode — Only admin code or key can unlock, ideal when you are home
- Passage Mode — Keeps the door unlocked for high-traffic periods or events
- Vacation Mode — Disables guest access when you are away
- Silent Mode — Turns off sound alerts for quiet operation
- Auto Lock Mode — Automatically locks the door after a set time (5–900 seconds)

The keypad will flash red and the app will send a low-battery alert. If the battery is fully drained, you can still unlock the door using the included physical backup keys.

Before setup, please follow these steps:
1. Do not change the admin code on the keypad before pairing
2. Wake the keypad by touching it before starting pairing
3. If the lock is not detected, reset it and try again

No. The RZ07 is a deadbolt-only design and does not include door handles. If you need a complete door hardware set with handles, please refer to the RZ07C or RZ07B models.
