Veise warrants that all products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

This warranty covers the products mechanical, electronic, and hardware components.

This warranty applies to eligible Veise products purchased from Veise official sales channels or Veise authorized retailers, including but not limited to:

- Deadbolts

- Smart locks

- Door knobs

- Door levers

- Cabinet pulls

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase by the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase.

 

2. Free One-Year Extended Warranty

To receive the free one-year warranty extension, you must complete product registration within 30 days of purchase. This extends your total warranty coverage to up to two (2) years.

This extended warranty is available only to registered customers and does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.

Product registration is only required for the free one-year warranty extension. Even if you do not register, you will still automatically receive the standard one-year warranty.

Veise Official Website Purchases

For your first purchase on the Veise official website, you must register as a member and complete the warranty registration form to receive the free one-year warranty extension.

As our way of saying thanks, after you register your first eligible product, additional eligible products purchased on the Veise official website under the same account will automatically receive the free one-year warranty extension.

Amazon, Walmart, and Wayfair Purchases

For your first purchase, please  as a member and complete the warranty registration form for your first product to receive the additional one-year warranty.

For your second and any subsequent products purchased through Amazon, Walmart, or Wayfair, please submit a separate warranty registration form for each product so that Veise can verify the order number from the original purchase channel and process the warranty extension.

 

3. Warranty Eligibility

This warranty applies only to products purchased through:

- Veise official sales channels

- Veise authorized retailers

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or websites may not be eligible for warranty service, and Veise reserves the right to deny warranty claims for such purchases.

Authorized retailers include:

- Amazon

- Walmart

- Wayfair

Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and the original order.

To request warranty service, you must provide a valid original order number and proof of purchase issued by Veise or an authorized sales channel.

This warranty is non-transferable. Warranty coverage does not apply to products purchased second-hand, received as gifts, or acquired through inheritance. Veise reserves the right to deny warranty claims for such products.

 

4. How Veise Handles Warranty Claims

During the warranty period, if a product is found to have a defect covered under this warranty, Veise will, at its sole discretion, provide one of the following solutions after verification:

- Repair the product

- Replace the product with the same or an equivalent model

- Provide a partial or full refund of the purchase price through discussion and agreement

Any repaired or replaced product will remain covered only for the remaining period of the original warranty.

If the original order has been fully refunded, warranty coverage for that product will terminate.

After the warranty period expires, Veise may continue to provide technical support for troubleshooting and product-use questions. This support does not extend the warranty or include free repair, replacement, parts, or refunds unless required by law. You may contact our support team by phone or email for assistance.

 

5. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

- Damage caused by modification, disassembly, misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents.

- Damage caused by improper installation or operation that does not follow Veise installation or user instructions, or installation on doors that do not meet the specifications stated in Veises product documentation

- Scratches, abrasions, or finish deterioration caused by abrasive materials, paints, solvents, or other chemicals. Oil Rubbed Bronze is a living finish and is intended to change in appearance over time with normal use. Such finish changes are not covered under this warranty.

- Damage caused by natural disasters, including but not limited to lightning, floods, earthquakes, and fires.

- Consumable items, including batteries, unless the failure is caused by defects in materials or workmanship.

- Malfunctions or data loss caused by third-party products, services, or systems, including gateways (except gateways sold through Veise authorized channels), third-party apps, except Veise-developed apps or apps expressly supported by Veise for the product, voice assistants, or other third-party integrations.

- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

- Products that are not brand new, including refurbished products, returned products, and display samples.

 

6. Authorized Channels and Regional Limitations

This warranty applies only to products purchased from Veise or Veise authorized sellers, including authorized online stores.

This warranty is honored only in the country or region where the product was originally purchased. Warranty coverage may become invalid if the product is transferred to or used in a country or region outside the original purchase location.

Covered regions:

- United States (nationwide)

- Canada (nationwide)

 

7. Limitation of Liability

How Local Law Applies

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary depending on your state, province, or applicable local laws.

In the United States, some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Therefore, some of the limitations or exclusions stated in this warranty may not apply to you. Your rights under this warranty may vary from state to state.

In Canada, this warranty provides you with specific rights in addition to any other rights available under applicable laws. Some local laws may not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Therefore, some of the limitations or exclusions stated in this warranty may not fully apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state, province, or local law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and except for rights that cannot be limited or excluded, Veises maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the actual purchase price paid for the defective product.

This limitation applies separately and independently from any liability limitations related to apps, software, or other services under applicable service terms.

 

8. How to Request Warranty Service

To request warranty service, please provide the following information:

-  Valid proof of purchase (order information or invoice, including order number, purchase date, product model, and seller name)

-  A description of the issue, along with photos or a short video showing the defect
