Every order earns V Points — 10 per $1 at V Club Member level, rising to 13 at Elite. You can also earn by creating an account, subscribing to our newsletter, adding your birthday, completing surveys, sharing and following us on social, and referring friends. Order points post once your order is completed and settled; a refund reverses the corresponding V Points.
Coupons, accessories, and smart lock upgrades — every reward and its V Point price is listed in the Ways to Redeem section above. The $5, $10, and $20 coupons apply to orders over $49, $69, and $99. Coupons cannot be combined with each other or with site-wide promotions.
