Every order earns V Points — 10 per $1 at V Club Member level, rising to 13 at Elite. On top of that you can earn by creating an account, subscribing to our newsletter, adding your birthday, completing surveys, sharing and following us on social, and referring friends. Order points post once your order is completed and settled; a refund reverses the corresponding V Points.

- Purchase points post after an order is completed and settled. Refunds, partial refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks reverse the related V Points, including into a negative balance if the points have already been redeemed. A negative balance is cleared by future earnings.
- Membership levels are based on lifetime spend on iveise.com. Redeeming rewards does not lower a level, and levels do not require annual requalification.
- Social rewards are issued when a member uses the share and follow buttons in the V Club widget. Each channel can earn points once per member, up to four channels.
- A birthday must be added at least 30 days before it occurs to qualify. Birthdays cannot be edited by the member once saved; contact support to correct one.
- Surveys can earn points once per topic per account.
- Referral rewards of 3,000 V Points are issued once a friend’s first order is confirmed, up to five successful referrals per account per year, and are reversed if that order is refunded or cancelled. The referred friend receives 1,000 V Points on top of the standard welcome bonus.
